Every Drop Counts Act

This bill changes a government grant program that helps fund small water storage projects in western states. It expands what types of projects can get grants to include projects that store between 200 and 150,000 acre-feet of water per year and projects that help manage groundwater storage and stabilize groundwater levels. The bill also extends the program for another five years.
