Facility for Runway Operations and Safe Transportation Act

This bill would let airports use federal Airport Improvement Program grant money to build storage facilities for airplane deicing equipment and fluids. Right now, airports can use this federal money to buy deicing structures and equipment, but they cannot use it to build places to store the deicing equipment and fluids.
