Mid-Atlantic River Basin Commissions Review Act

This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to study three river basin commissions in the Mid-Atlantic region: the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, the Delaware River Basin Commission, and the Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin. The study will look at their ethics policies, how they communicate with the public, and their funding. The Government Accountability Office must report its findings to Congress and make recommendations to improve transparency and congressional oversight of these commissions. Each commission must then submit plans to Congress showing how they will follow the recommendations, starting within 90 days and then annually for five years.
