To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 with respect to the feral swine eradication and control program, and for other purposes.

This bill makes a current temporary program to get rid of and control wild pigs a permanent one. Wild pigs can damage farms, natural environments, and the health of people and animals, so the program works on ways to remove them, fix the damage they cause, and give money to farmers to help with these efforts. The bill also requires the government to work with certain universities to help with education and support for controlling wild pigs, and it provides funding through 2030, with most of the money going to the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and the rest to the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
