Sea Turtle Rescue Assistance and Rehabilitation Act of 2025

This bill expands an existing grant program for marine mammals to also include grants specifically for rescuing sea turtles over the next seven years. The grants can be used to help sick, injured, or trapped sea turtles, rescue stranded sea turtles, collect scientific data from sea turtles, pay for facility costs related to sea turtle help, or build rescue networks in areas that don't have them. The bill also creates a new fund called the Sea Turtle Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rapid Response Fund.
