Stop Corrupt Iranian Oligarchs and Entities Act

This bill requires the Treasury Department to create a report for Congress about wealthy individuals and organizations in Iran that have close ties to the Iranian government. The report must identify senior political figures and wealthy people in Iran, explain how they make money, and list their business connections outside Iran. It must also study organizations where the Iranian government owns at least 25% and that made at least $2 billion in 2016, and examine what might happen if the U.S. placed sanctions or financial restrictions on these people and organizations.
