DeOndra Dixon INCLUDE Project Act of 2025

This bill officially puts into law a National Institutes of Health (NIH) program focused on research and training related to Down syndrome, including health conditions that occur alongside it and ways to improve the quality of life for people with Down syndrome. The NIH must work with relevant groups and make sure the program doesn't repeat research already being done. Every two years, the NIH must send Congress a report describing the research and any findings that could help with medical care or future studies.
