VA Hospital Inventory Management System Authorization Act

This bill allows the Department of Veterans Affairs to buy or create a computer system that runs on the internet to help VA hospitals keep track of their supplies and equipment. If the VA decides to get this system, they must first test it at one hospital to make sure it works properly before using it at all VA hospitals.
