Northern Mariana Islands Small Business Access Act

This bill would allow businesses in the Northern Mariana Islands to apply for small business loans through a government program. The program gives loans up to $50,000 to small businesses and some nonprofit childcare centers. Currently, businesses in the Northern Mariana Islands cannot get these loans, but this bill would change that.
