Improving Veterans’ Experience Act of 2025

This bill creates a new Veterans Experience Office inside the Department of Veterans Affairs to focus on making veterans happier with VA benefits and services. The office will collect information from veterans about their satisfaction, give advice to other VA offices on how to better serve veterans, and check that VA websites and information are accurate and helpful. The office will also require other VA departments to regularly report on how well they are serving veterans. These requirements will end on September 30, 2028, and the Government Accountability Office will study how well the VA's efforts to improve veteran satisfaction are working.
