Veterans Readiness and Employment Program Integrity Act

This bill changes rules for a VA program that helps veterans with service-connected disabilities find jobs and get job training. Under the new rules, veterans must fill out an application to get evaluated for the program, and they can only receive employment help for up to 365 days. The bill also requires the VA to report to Congress about how well the program works, including information about veterans' wages before and after completing training programs. The VA must also publish how long veterans typically wait to meet with a counselor after requesting help, and must hire an outside expert to review the program and suggest improvements.
