The bill specifically targets current and former Georgian parliament members, senior political party officials, and government leaders if they engaged in corruption or violence related to blocking Georgia's integration with Europe and the Atlantic region. The President must also determine if other foreign people have engaged in significant corruption in Georgia or acts that undermine the country's security or stability.
