Southcentral Foundation Land Transfer Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to give about 3.4 acres of land in Anchorage, Alaska to the Southcentral Foundation for free. The foundation will use the land for health and social services programs. The government cannot put any conditions on how the foundation uses the land or require it back later. The foundation will not be responsible for environmental contamination that happened before they receive the land, and the government will not be responsible for contamination that happens after the foundation takes control of the property.
