Voluntary School Prayer Protection Act of 2025

This bill would stop the Department of Education from giving money to public schools that restrict voluntary school prayer. Schools could not receive federal education funding if they have policies that deny or prevent people from voluntarily participating in school prayer that is allowed under the Constitution.
