Health Professionals Scholarship Program Improvement Act of 2025

This bill changes rules for the Veterans Affairs Health Professionals Scholarship Program, which gives money to students studying healthcare in exchange for working at VA hospitals after graduation. The bill requires the VA to offer these students a job contract within 90 days of finishing their studies. The job must be full-time clinical work at the VA facility that needs the most help, and this requirement lasts through 2027.
