Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025

This bill would create federal rules for carrying concealed guns across state lines. If someone is allowed to carry a concealed handgun in their home state, they could also carry it in other states that allow their own residents to carry concealed guns. The bill would override most state and local laws about concealed carry and would let people sue if someone interferes with their concealed carry rights under this new law.
