Affordable Shipping for All Act

This bill would stop shipping companies and the U.S. Postal Service from charging higher prices to ship items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories compared to what they charge for shipping within the lower 48 states. It also prevents these shipping services from refusing to deliver to these areas. The rules would apply to items worth $10,000 or less.
