Exported Carbon Emissions Report Act of 2025

This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency to collect and publish information each year about carbon dioxide and methane emissions from fossil fuels. The EPA must report on emissions that happen inside the United States from extracting, processing, moving, burning, and using fossil fuels. The agency must also report on emissions that happen outside the United States when fossil fuels produced or refined in America are exported and then leaked or burned in other countries. The EPA must provide this information for the previous 10 years.
