Texas Agricultural Producers Assistance Act

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to write a report for Congress about help that could be given to Texas farmers. The report must list all the programs and authorities that the Department of Agriculture has or could use to help Texas agricultural producers who have lost money because Mexico has not delivered water to the United States as required by a 1944 treaty about using water from the Colorado River, Tijuana River, and Rio Grande.
