Southern Border Farmers and Ranchers Protection Act

This bill requires a Department of Agriculture program called the Environmental Quality Incentives Program to make payments to farmers and ranchers in counties at or near the Texas southern border. The payments would help these agricultural producers fix damage to their farmland and farming equipment. The program already provides technical and financial help to farmers and forest landowners to address natural resource problems.
