Justice for Rape Survivors Act

This bill creates a required 30-year minimum prison sentence for certain federal sexual abuse crimes. These crimes include forcing someone into sexual acts through force or threats, engaging in sexual acts with someone who is unconscious or intoxicated, and engaging in sexual acts without the other person's consent. The 30-year sentence would be mandatory for anyone convicted of these offenses in federal court.
