Protecting Private Job Creators Act

This bill makes a permanent law out of an existing rule that allows certain types of investments, like corporate bonds and certificates of deposit, to skip some information-sharing requirements. Normally, brokers and dealers can't publicly list the sale price of investments sold outside of major stock exchanges unless they have specific information about the company that issued them. The Securities and Exchange Commission had already been granting temporary exceptions to this rule for these types of investments, and this bill turns that exception into an official, permanent law.
