No taxpayer funding for United Nations Human Rights Council Act

This bill stops the U.S. government from using taxpayer money to fund the United Nations Human Rights Council. The State Department would have to hold back the portion of America's UN payment that normally goes to this council, and that money would be permanently removed from the budget instead of paid later. The bill also prevents the State Department from making any extra voluntary payments to the UN Human Rights Council.
