RAMP Act

This bill changes rules about when people can sue insurance companies that don't pay medical bills when they're supposed to pay before Medicare does. Right now, people can sue group health plans, workers' compensation plans, car insurance, liability insurance, and no-fault insurance when these plans don't pay first like they should. The bill would only allow people to sue group health plans, removing the ability to sue the other types of insurance plans.
