Enhancing Stakeholder Support and Outreach for Preparedness Grants Act

This bill requires FEMA to provide more help and outreach to communities that apply for grants meant to protect against terrorist attacks. FEMA must give ongoing support and technical help to public agencies and other groups before, during, and after they receive grants from two specific programs that help secure states and urban areas. FEMA also has to survey public agencies each year about these grants and share how it uses their feedback to improve the programs. Both the Government Accountability Office and FEMA must report to Congress about how well this new requirement is working.
