Tren de Aragua Border Security Threat Assessment Act

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to create a report about Tren de Aragua, a gang that started in Venezuela, and other criminal organizations that operate across borders. The report must describe the gang's background, goals, how it gets money, and how much it has grown in the United States. Within one year after finishing this report, the Department of Homeland Security must also create a plan for dealing with these criminal groups and sharing information with other government agencies and police departments that work on border issues.
