To nullify the Presidential memoranda on the withdrawal of certain areas of the outer Continental Shelf from oil or natural gas leasing.

This bill cancels two presidential orders from January 6, 2025, that stopped oil and gas drilling in certain ocean areas. The orders prevented the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management from giving out leases for oil and gas exploration in parts of the Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic, Pacific, and Bering Sea. This bill would reverse those orders and allow the government to issue drilling leases in those ocean areas again.
