Alaska Native Vietnam Era Veterans Land Allotment Extension Act of 2025

This bill gives Alaska Native veterans who served in Vietnam between 1964 and 1971, or their heirs, more time to apply for up to 160 acres of federal land in Alaska. There is already a program that lets these veterans apply for this land, but the deadline to apply is currently December 29, 2025. This bill extends that deadline by five more years, moving it to December 29, 2030.
