To authorize the Bay Mills Indian Community of the State of Michigan to convey land and interests in land owned by the Tribe.

This bill lets the Bay Mills Indian Community of Michigan sell, lease, or make deals with their land that is not held in trust by the United States government. If the tribe loses money from selling or transferring their property, the United States government will not be responsible for paying for those losses.
