Alaska Native Settlement Trust Eligibility Act

This law says that certain payments made from Alaska Native settlement trusts to Alaska Natives or their descendants who are aged, blind, or disabled cannot be counted against them when deciding if they qualify for need-based federal programs like food assistance (SNAP). This means those payments would not cause someone to lose eligibility for those programs.
