Alaska Native Settlement Trust Eligibility Act

This bill changes how certain payments from Alaska Native settlement trusts are counted when the government decides if someone qualifies for need-based federal programs like food assistance. Under this bill, these trust payments would not be counted as income when determining if an Alaska Native person who is aged, blind, or disabled can receive these federal benefits.
