VA COST SAVINGS Enhancements Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to set up systems at its facilities that can treat medical waste right on-site, instead of sending it somewhere else, in order to save money. The VA must first create a way to figure out which of its facilities would actually save money by having one of these on-site waste treatment systems, and then install the systems at those facilities.
