Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2026

This bill sets aside money for the 2026 budget year to pay for Congress and related offices. It covers funding for the House of Representatives, Capitol Police, Congressional Budget Office, Library of Congress, and several other congressional offices and services. The bill does not include money for the Senate, following the usual practice where each part of Congress handles its own funding separately. The bill also includes rules about how the money can be used.
