Small Cemetery Conveyance Act

This bill would let the Forest Service give away small cemetery lands to state governments, local governments, Indian tribes, or certain community land grants without charging money. The Forest Service can give away up to 40 acres that are used as cemeteries, plus up to 1 acre of land next to the cemetery. The land must keep being used as a cemetery, and if it stops being used that way, the Forest Service can take it back. The Forest Service can also waive some of the costs involved in transferring the land if the receiving group shows they need help with those costs.
