Enhancing Detection of Human Trafficking Act

This law requires the Department of Labor to train its employees on how to help law enforcement spot human trafficking. The training would be given to employees whose jobs make it relevant, and it would cover how to notice signs of trafficking, identify possible victims, and report cases to the Department of Justice and other authorities. The training must be tailored to where employees work and reflect up-to-date methods for detecting trafficking.
