One Subject at a Time Act

This bill says that every bill or joint resolution in Congress can only cover one subject, and that subject must be clearly described in the title. If a law is passed that covers two or more unrelated subjects, the entire law would be canceled, and if just certain parts don't follow the rules, those specific parts would be canceled. The bill also says that if someone is harmed by a law that was passed without following these rules, they can take the government to court.
