To require the Congressional Budget Office to conduct an economic review of the economic impact of tariff modifications before implementation.

This bill says that before any changes to tariffs or taxes on imported goods can go into effect, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) must first study how those changes might affect the economy. The CBO would also be required to publish the results of that review on a public website for anyone to see.
