Department of Education Protection Act

This bill stops Congress from giving the Department of Education money that could be used to break up the department, cut its staff, or change what it does compared to how it was set up on January 1, 2025. The bill is meant to keep the Department of Education the same size and with the same jobs it had at the start of 2025.
