Renewable Energy for U.S. Territories Act

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to create a grant program that gives money to qualifying nonprofit organizations in U.S. territories for things like renewable energy systems, energy efficiency projects, energy storage, and power grids. It also allows grants to be used to train people living in U.S. territories to build, maintain, or run renewable energy systems. The Department of Energy must make sure its national laboratories offer technical help to organizations that receive grants, and the Government Accountability Office must study and report on renewable energy and energy efficiency in U.S. territories.
