Anti-Rigging Act of 2025

This bill says that once a state redraws its congressional district maps after a census, it cannot redraw them again until after the next census, unless a court orders it to do so to follow the Constitution or the Voting Rights Act of 1965. This rule applies to any redistricting that happens after the 2020 census.
