To prohibit the use of Federal funds to support or facilitate the participation of the Russian Federation in the Group of Seven, and for other purposes.

This bill stops the federal government from spending money to help Russia take part in Group of Seven meetings or to support bringing back a Group of Eight that includes Russia. The Group of Seven is an informal group of seven large economies, and Russia was kicked out in 2014 after it took over Crimea from Ukraine, turning the Group of Eight back into the Group of Seven.
