STOP China Act

This bill stops federal transportation money from being used to buy trains, buses, or bus fueling and charging equipment from companies or people connected to China, North Korea, Russia, or Iran. It covers a wide range of groups, including businesses, partnerships, and individuals that are owned, controlled, directed, or funded by one of those countries. The U.S. Trade Representative is required to publish and update a yearly list of the companies and people this rule applies to. There is an exception for vehicles or charging stations used for safety inspections, investigations, research, development, or testing.
