Tribal Access to Clean Water Act of 2025

This bill aims to help Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian communities get better access to clean water and waste disposal services. It expands an existing government program that provides loans and grants for water and waste facilities in low-income rural areas so that Native Hawaiian organizations and people living on tribal lands can also benefit. The bill also lets the Indian Health Service help build and maintain water and sanitation systems for community buildings like schools, hospitals, and tribal offices, and provides money and technical help to tribes for running their own water and sanitation systems. Finally, it increases funding through 2030 for a Bureau of Reclamation program that offers technical assistance to Native American communities.
