PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Program Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to create a grant program called the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Program. The program would give money to nonprofit organizations, veteran service groups, and state or local veteran agencies to run mental health programs where veterans help other veterans. The Department of Veterans Affairs would also set up a committee to create standards for these programs.
