America the Beautiful Motorcycle Fairness Act

This bill changes the rules for the America the Beautiful Annual Pass, which lets people visit federal parks and recreational areas. In 2024, the Department of the Interior changed the policy so the pass only covered one motorcycle, but this bill would allow a passholder on a motorcycle to bring one additional motorcycle and its passengers without paying extra entrance fees. The bill also puts into law the existing policy that the pass covers fees for the passholder and any passengers riding in a regular, noncommercial vehicle.
