FAST VETS Act

This bill changes rules for veterans with service-connected disabilities who get job training and employment help from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Currently, the VA creates and reviews individual job training plans each year for veterans who have serious employment challenges. Under this bill, the VA must create a new plan with the veteran if the VA decides the original goals are no longer possible due to changes in the veteran's disability and a different plan would work better.
