SBA IT Modernization Reporting Act

This bill requires the Small Business Administration to follow recommendations from a government report about updating its computer systems. The recommendations focus on fixing problems with a system that lets small businesses apply for and manage government contracts. The Small Business Administration must create plans to manage risks and fix cybersecurity problems, and it has to give Congress a plan for these updates within 180 days of the bill becoming law.
