FIND Act

This bill would stop the federal government from making contracts with companies that discriminate against gun businesses, gun trade groups, or companies that sell guns and ammunition. Under the bill, federal agencies would have to include a rule in their contracts requiring the main contractor to promise they don't have policies that discriminate against gun-related businesses and won't create such policies during the contract. The same rule would apply to subcontractors, and there would be penalties for breaking these rules. The bill would not apply to contracts where the government can only buy from one specific company.
