Holy Sovereignty Protection Act

This bill says that if a U.S. citizen is elected as the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, their U.S. citizenship cannot be taken away. It also excuses that person from paying federal income taxes for any year in which they serve as Pope. Normally, U.S. citizens have to pay U.S. income tax no matter where they live or earn their money.
