Cooper Davis and Devin Norring Act

This bill says that companies that provide email, messaging, cloud storage, or other online communication services must report it to the Drug Enforcement Administration if they find out that someone is using their services to make, sell, or distribute fake controlled substances, fentanyl, methamphetamine, or certain prescription pain medications and stimulants. If these companies fail to make the required reports, they can face criminal charges and civil penalties.
