Right to FDA-Approved Medicines Act

This bill creates legal protections for people's right to get medicines that have been approved by the FDA and for health care providers' right to offer those medicines. It generally makes it illegal to single out and block access to FDA-approved medicines or information about them, though an exception can be made if someone can clearly prove that the restriction actually helps improve access to those medicines and there's no less restrictive way to do it. The bill overrides any conflicting state, local, or federal laws, including the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. The Department of Justice, individuals, or health care providers can all sue to enforce these protections, and states cannot claim immunity to avoid being sued for violations.
